"if i could give this place more than five stars, i absolutely would. the food is not only wonderful, the people there were accommodating and tried their best to speak english as we struggled to order in french. we went there three times during our two week stay, and the third time they gave us FREE TIRAMISU!! it was very kind of them to do that for us, especially on the last day of our trip :)))"

"Hidden Gem of Italian food of Lyon. Do not let the location fool you. Yes it’s not in vieux Lyon, or in ideal atmospheric location. But this is the best Italian food of Lyon. Pizza, pasta, salads, dessert … it’s all good"

"I'm Italian and I live in Lyon since July 2016, Ti amo Maria is the only one real Italian restaurant in Lyon. The owner Andrea is very kind person, he cooks very well and here you can taste the best PIZZA with italian ingredient, it's take away too. The local is small, so I suggest you to book in advance for dinner. Enjoy your italian food."

"The service was superb! The staff spoke Italian and French and could not have been more genuine people adding to the authenticity of the experience. We got a calzone and a pizza to share and both were delicious. The bottle of wine was off menu after some discussion about what makes a good wine. This is the second time I have visited Ti aMo Maria, but it won't be the last! -2018 Oct Back again for another great experience. It was a quiet night after a long day and I was by myself. I entered Ti Amo Maria at 22:00 and the restaurant was still full and lively. The staff took care of me and gave me grace too drool over their menu. :P After a wonderful pizza and a glass of wine, I was refreshed and restored. -2019 Oct"
